Amazon said that while sellers are enjoying the holidays, Amazon hopes that sellers can share their learning experiences in the forum, mainly including two aspects that have a positive impact on the seller's business or help sellers sell better on Amazon.
Afterwards, sellers responded in the forum and expressed their own sales experiences.
Seller A: 1. Eliminate negative emotions during the sales process: Don’t be a victim, blamer, or complainer. Maintain an objective mindset and constantly strengthen your professional skills. 2. Study the knowledge of Seller University in depth, read the forum content regularly, actively seek help in the forum, and ignore negative emotions such as accusations and ridicule in the forum. 3. Understand your product’s costs and profit margins, then price accordingly.
Seller B: 1. Prepare for a rainy day. Sellers should always have a sales plan and take corresponding protective measures for some unexpected events, even if the event has not yet occurred. 2. Keep learning new knowledge about Amazon's policies and rules. Make sure your development direction is consistent with Amazon to keep the seller's business running normally. 3. Be open to trying new things and learning from your mistakes. We are human, and not everyone has all the answers. New sellers are bound to make the same mistakes as experienced sellers.
