Dunhuang.com stated that for orders that have not been shipped for more than 8 days, they will enter the order transfer pool after obtaining the buyer's consent. If a seller claims the order, the original order will be cancelled; if no one claims it, the original seller can still fulfill the contract and ship the goods.
It is worth noting that only sellers with excellent and outstanding Polaris service scores can accept orders. Sellers need to pay attention to indicators such as delivery time, delivery time, communication response time, dispute response speed, one-time settlement rate, etc. Dunhuang.com will announce the evaluation results on the 5th of each month. If the standards are not met, the seller will be disqualified from accepting orders.
It is reported that the daily service score of the DHgate North Star Service Rating System refers to the score obtained by the comprehensive evaluation of the seller's service capabilities in the past 90 days, which is calculated once a day. The daily service score is composed of 5 service factors, 1 bonus item and 1 deduction item, with a full score of 100+10 points. The evaluation indicators include delivery time, delivery time, communication response time, dispute response speed, and one-time settlement rate. The bonus item is the DHLink utilization rate, and the deduction item is the proportion of shipments beyond the inventory period.
The specific components of daily service points are as follows:
Daily service score ( 100 points) = delivery time (30 points) + delivery time (25 points) + communication response time (15 points) + dispute response speed (15 points) + one-time settlement rate (15 points)
Bonus points: DHLink usage rate (10 points)
Deduction item: Proportion of shipments exceeding the stocking period ( 10 points)
The Polaris Service Rating System service rating level is to sort the average daily service score of each seller in the month according to the seller's business category, and then evaluate the four service levels of excellent, good, good and need improvement . Sellers with different service levels enjoy different platform resources. The service level is evaluated once at the end of each month, and the evaluation results are announced on the 5th of the following month.
