FAQ

Q: What happens if I exceed the list size limit?

A: GetResponse will not interrupt or throttle your service. You will not lose any contacts. The GetResponse system will add more subscribers for you and charge you a list expansion fee for each month when your list exceeds the maximum size allowed by your plan.

Q: What is the difference between a basic landing page and an advanced landing page?

A: Basic landing pages only allow each account to publish one landing page, with a maximum of 1,000 visitors per month. Advanced landing pages allow you to publish an unlimited number of pages and set up A/B tests with no traffic restrictions.

Q: Can I cancel my account?

A: You can cancel at any time. To cancel your paid account, log in, click My Account, and select My Billing. Scroll down to the Cancel Subscription section and click it. Please note that all data in your account will be lost upon cancellation.

Q: What is marketing campaign consulting?

A: Campaign consulting is included in the Max plan. You will receive 1.5 hours of expert consulting per month on marketing strategy, GetResponse account and campaign setup, product training, and monthly performance reporting.

Q: What is GetResponse's refund policy?

A: GetResponse is a pay-as-you-go service. Therefore, we do not provide refunds, even if you cancel your subscription immediately after renewing your credit card for a new period. Your credit card will not be charged for any further charges, but any amounts already charged will not be refunded.

Q:What are account managers and deliverability consultation?

A: These are dedicated Enterprise services designed to get the best results from your marketing campaigns. These services include ongoing monitoring and reporting on your performance, advice and assistance to improve deliverability, and day-to-day support for all aspects of your GetResponse marketing campaigns.
