The buyer’s malicious return was rejected, and the Amazon seller took action!

Yesterday, the editor learned from the official Amazon seller forum that a seller relied on the FBA system to avoid fraud from fraudulent buyers.

 

The seller VTR said that a rude fraudulent buyer sent him an email stating that the product he received was partially defective. VTR said this was possible, but then the buyer left a message in the product review saying "I don't intend to leave bad feedback, but this is not a good product! And I don't like it!"

 

Since the seller has encountered this situation many times, the work team has concluded that when buyers threaten with feedback, they just want to make free purchases through fraud. This shows that no matter whether the seller's products are defective or not, they will be targeted by fraudulent buyers to defraud free goods or money. Therefore, VTR concluded that this is a fraudulent buyer who is looking for free shopping opportunities.

 

After determining that this was just a common scam buyer, the seller did not get too nervous and simply pointed out in the Review that the item had a free return policy with a full refund, and then shared a link to the return policy. The scam buyer did not get the free item he wanted, so he was angry and left a message in the Review saying "Wow, good to know! I will do it after leaving my feedback because it may not be posted after the return! I have the impression that the product is terrible! And the customer service is not good!"

 

VTR said that because this is an FBA order, the Review is likely to be deleted, and most scammers do not know the trigger words to bypass the deletion robot or deletion system when commenting. In addition, VTR emphasized that if the indicators of the products sold by the seller are normal and the performance is good, never be bound by the Review. Every seller should fight these scam buyers and force them to return the goods. Over time, Amazon will pay attention to these scammers. Negative feedback in the Review is impossible to avoid, so don't be afraid of it, but accept it and use it as a business decision-making tool.
