An American seller recently encountered such a thing. The editor noticed in the Amazon official forum that a seller named Hama_Zone was banned by Amazon due to malicious complaints from consumers, and he has not found any solution yet.

 

 

The seller said that a customer bought three different items from his store in one shopping trip, and then the customer filed three complaints and returned the items on the grounds of receiving counterfeit goods and product defects. Amazon refunded the customer and blocked the seller's account.

 

 

Hama_Zone believes that he is an honest seller, and Amazon's practice is very unfair to him. His Amazon store has been operating for three years, has generated more than 8,000 sales, and has received 100% positive reviews.

 

Hama_Zone also stated that because they suspected something fishy was going on, they recorded the entire process of opening the package after receiving the customer's return package, and found that the product returned by the customer was a brand new counterfeit product, not the product they sold.

 

Some people thought this was a planned scam and suggested that Hama_Zone send an email to the customer to warn that if the customer was unwilling to withdraw the false complaint, they would report her fraudulent behavior to the local police. However, because Amazon hid the buyer's contact information, Hama_Zone did not know how to contact the customer to protect her rights.

 

Faced with such malicious fraudulent consumers, sellers are really "dumb and unable to speak out their pain". Therefore, if you encounter such malicious fraud by consumers during business operations, you must pay attention to retaining evidence and resolutely safeguard your legitimate rights and interests.
