AliExpress has decided to suspend the sales of all leaf-shaped products under Beauty & Health >> Health Care >> health food (vitamins & supplements) in the US market from April 20, 2021 , but the resumption of sales is unknown.
Sellers should note that orders that have been effective but not shipped before this announcement can continue to be shipped . The platform reminds all sellers to pay attention to platform information in a timely manner , make preparations in advance , clear overseas inventory and provide good after-sales service to American consumers to avoid unnecessary losses caused by changes in platform policies.
In addition to the health food category being banned, due to a batch of VIVO mobile phones and accessories catching fire on the apron of Hong Kong Airport in the early morning of April 11, Hong Kong Cargo Airlines issued an emergency notice on the same day to temporarily ban the transportation of VIVO branded electrical goods . This emergency has affected the transportation of goods, so VIVO 's electrical products will temporarily be unable to be transported through the worry-free standard channel .
AliExpress has therefore banned the transportation of related goods with electrical charges. The platform recommends that sellers use the Cainiao Special Cargo Line standard channel or communicate with buyers to choose other processing solutions . Non- electrical products are not affected and can still be transported normally.
So how should the seller ship the transaction order later ?
The platform has given an answer to this question. Sellers can use Cainiao's standard special cargo channels to ship packages online again according to actual conditions . For packages that cannot be shipped online, sellers are required to assist in appeasing consumers to resolve disputes and refunds or use other offline channels to ship the packages.
Regarding the new preferential logistics policies, AliExpress stated that in order to further meet the strong demands of sellers and consumers for faster logistics and more certain timeliness , AE and Cainiao officially launched the "cross-border ten-day delivery" to Italy .
Starting from April 15, 2021 , Pacific Time , AliExpress will display the " Ten-Day Delivery " logo on the Italian consumer side for sellers who have registered for "Cross-border Ten-Day Delivery " and have "Ten-Day Delivery" labeled products that meet the requirements .
However, due to the global data processing involved, the actual time for de-labeling and labeling at the consumer display end may vary slightly.
It is reported that the common requirements of AliExpress's ten-day delivery and combined orders are that the 72-hour online rate of the products must be ≥ 80% , and the biggest difference is the price range . Combined orders are for products below US$5, and ten-day delivery is for products above US$5.
At present, the Polish site only offers the combined order service, which includes all products with an online rate of ≥80% within 72 hours and priced between USD 0 and USD 23. The 10-day delivery service is aimed at sellers and consumers in Italy.
In addition, products that arrive within 10 days must meet the following conditions: if the lowest selling price of the product is below USD 5, you need to set up the Worry-Free standard channel for free shipping before you can apply to join; products above USD 5 need to set up the Worry-Free standard channel (free shipping is not mandatory) .
In addition, the product sales volume in the last 15 days must be greater than 0 , the product's historical collection warehouse must be a collection warehouse that supports 10-day delivery (more than 80% of the orders in the last 30 days are shipped from the 10-day delivery collection warehouse) , and the product's overdue delivery rate must be less than 5%.
