Something went wrong again! This pattern product has been warned and may face prosecution

Infringements caused by patterns have been happening constantly, from clothing accessories to household items, infringements can happen easily. This time, a pair of sneakers has caused trouble again!

It is reported that the infringing shoes are new sports shoes just launched by clothing brand DNAProud , but the upper of these sports shoes is printed with the Thai national emblem , and even the color scheme is red, blue and white, the same colors as the Thai flag.

It is understood that this pair of sneakers with the Thai national emblem is sold on the DNAProud.com website, which is headquartered in Vietnam but has a warehouse in Alabama, U.S. There are many similar products on the website, all of which have national emblems or patterns printed on them.

Some people think that DNAProud's "creativity" is an artistic expression, but in the eyes of Thai people, it is an act of desecration of the national emblem and cannot be tolerated. Thai netizens have been discussing and strongly expressing their dissatisfaction↓

This is not art, it is disrespect to the Thai national emblem!

The feet are a vulgar part of the body and printing the national emblem on shoes is simply an insult.

This color scheme is exactly modeled after the national flag!

In response, Thailand's Deputy Prime Minister and government legal adviser Wissanu Kaka-ngam said that selling such shoes is illegal and the national emblem is protected by law. If the person responsible for the product can be identified, they will directly prosecute him. Even if they cannot, they will issue a warning to him.

In fact, there are many similar incidents. In January this year , a doormat with the Indian flag on Amazon Canada caused dissatisfaction among Indian people. After this incident attracted attention, the Indian Foreign Minister also tweeted that he demanded that Amazon apologize and immediately remove all related products.

No matter which country it is, the national flag is the dignity of a country, and disrespecting the national flag will be severely punished.

In recent years, such products have been strongly resisted, but there are still some websites and sellers who want to take advantage of loopholes, which is why such incidents occur one after another. Therefore, sellers should pay more attention when listing products, and don't take chances to avoid stepping on thunder.
