Development History

- In 2004, Danny O'Brien proposed the concept of combining Life and Hacks and established the website Lifehacker;

-The website was launched on January 31, 2005, but there was no comment system for the next 8 months. Users communicated with the author through email. Gina insisted on writing more than a dozen articles every week.

- In September 2005, two associate editors joined, Erica Sadun and D. Keith Robinson. Other former associate editors include Wendy Boswell, Rick Broida, Jason Fitzpatrick, Kevin Purdy, and Jackson West. Former editors include The How-To Geek and Tamar Weinberg.

-From 2005 to 2010, it was listed in various top blog lists by various media such as Time Magazine and CNET. As of January 2009, Lifehacker's monthly PV was 33 million.

-On January 16, 2009, Gina left the editor-in-chief position and continued to write columns, and was succeeded by Adam Pash.
