What is Tesco Clubcard? Tesco Clubcard Review, Features

Tesco's points card (membership card) is called Tesco Clubcard. Anyone can apply for it for free. There are two ways to apply. One is to go to the counter of Tesco large supermarkets, but most people apply online. Click Tesco official website. Every time you show your membership card at the checkout, you can earn points.

How to earn points

1. The most direct way to earn points is to shop in supermarkets. You can accumulate one point for every £1 spent. You can also earn points by placing orders online.

2. Tesco promotions

  • The first is to publish a discount code, you can get extra points bonus (usually 500 to 1500 points) when you shop online for more than £60. This activity has the highest return, but the frequency is low, and many times requires new users to participate;
  • The second is that Tesco will mail various coupons to members every quarter. Some of these coupons can be used to directly redeem cash, while others can be used to earn points.
  • The third type is a promotional activity for reward points for special products. You should pay attention to Tesco's official website. But please note: some products cannot earn points, such as all infant formula stage 1;

3. Tesco Credit Card

  • Tesco's own MasterCard credit card can accumulate points for all purchases, and the Eearning rate is only 1 point/£4. Recently, some existing Tesco Bank users have received invitations to open a card, with rewards of 5,000 to 10,000 points, but this offer is not open to the public;

4. Tesco gas station

  • When filling up your car at Tesco, you can earn points by swiping your points card when paying.

How to use points

1. Redeem Tesco coupons, but the redemption rate is 100 points = £1. Tesco sometimes launches BOOST activities, doubling the redemption rate.

2. Tesco will send you coupons of corresponding amounts every quarter based on your consumption.

3. Tesco will also send you coupons for corresponding products based on your shopping habits.
