EnviaFlores has extensive experience in the floral industry and is a leader in each region. EnviaFlores monitors the quality of daily deliveries to ensure the best service and shopping experience for local Mexican customers. Corporate Culture Mission: We want our clients to have an outstanding experience in expressing the most important feelings in their lives. Vision: To build the most reliable flower delivery and occasion gifts brand in Mexico. FAQ Q: How can I reschedule the delivery of my order? A: Customers have 48 hours to reschedule their order. If this time is exceeded, the order cannot be rescheduled and the service will be terminated. Q: What does the payment status under verification mean? A: This status means that the customer's order has been received, but the bank and risk center need to confirm the payment. The bank will most likely approve or reject the charge in less than 5 minutes and the status will change to Approved or Rejected. When this happens, EnviaFlores will notify the customer by email. If the customer has the EnviaFlores app, the status can also be viewed in "My Order History". If 5 minutes have passed and the order status has not been updated, call 018006001100. Q: What does the rescheduling status mean? A: This status means that the order was not successfully placed for some reason, so the shipment of the same account needs to be rescheduled within 48 hours. Customers can do this through the pink box in the "My Order History" or "Track My Order" area. Click "Reschedule my order" to view and select the available time to reschedule the delivery time. Q: What is deferred payment? A: Deferred payment is a facility provided by the bank to the customer, where the customer can choose 3 or 6 months and then start paying the corresponding amount from the next month, i.e. monthly payments relative to the selected time. The bank charges a commission/interest plus VAT (varies depending on the bank). This feature is only available when a product with a price greater than $800 is selected in the shopping cart. |
