What is OSS? OSS Review, Features

OSS is a one-stop declaration service that will be implemented after the EU tax reform, which will unify the VAT declaration for remote sales.

About OSS

Starting from July 1, 2021, sellers whose company is registered in the EU can declare VAT in their own country for remote sales throughout the EU.

Chinese sellers register OSS

  • Chinese sellers who sell on online shopping malls such as Amazon and eBay and use EU warehouses for delivery are not eligible for OSS.
  • Chinese sellers who build their own websites/independent sites and use EU warehouses to ship goods to the EU can register OSS in the EU country where the warehouse is located
