Q: I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

A: 1. Go to: https://www.paymate.com/myacct/index.php?option=com_resetpassword

2. Enter the email address registered for your account and select Continue.

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

3. Open the email and select the link.

You will be directed to enter your new password.

4. Enter and re-enter your new password.

Please note: Password must be between 6 – 8 characters and contain letters and numbers.

5. Visit: https://www.paymate.com/myacct/index.php?option=com_paymatelogin and log in with your username and password.

Q: What is the payment status?

To inform buyers and sellers of payment status, Paymate provides a transaction status description that is updated as the transaction is processed.

A: The status of the transaction is provided in the email notification sent to the buyer and seller.

Registered customers can also view the transaction status of any invoice or payment by logging into Paymate.

Q: Are there any types of business that you do not accept?

A: Due to bank and card scheme rules and restrictions, certain sectors or industries are deemed unacceptable. In most cases, this is due to the business category being susceptible to high levels of chargebacks and/or fraudulent card activity.
