What is Buy with Microsoft? Buy with Microsoft Review, Features

Buy with Microsoft is expected to be officially launched by Microsoft in April or May, aiming to serve a large number of high-quality cross-border sellers.

About Buy with Microsoft

  • Buy with Microsoft has certain requirements for merchants, including online or offline sales of more than 1 million US dollars, trademark registration certificates or brand/IP authorization certificates, high product quality, and a return rate of less than 5% (non-apparel and footwear products) or 15% (apparel and footwear products). Currently, the platform requires merchants to waive shipping costs; it does not support communication between buyers and sellers for the time being.
  • The Buy with Microsoft platform is currently in the commission-free stage. The platform will also have dedicated seller managers to provide merchant support for a series of on-site training such as opening a store, uploading products, and selecting products, and answer questions for the seller group.

Official categories

It mainly focuses on household goods, 3C, clothing and shoes, electronic accessories, gardening tools, etc. Common consumer categories will also be opened one after another in the future.
