Q: How long does it take for a returned product to arrive?
A: Sending customer orders and 100% compliance with the 14:00 cut-off time is always our top priority. Therefore, daily shipping always comes first. Please plan your deliveries with a generous time buffer and re-order in time. Usually, receipts are stored within 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday), recorded by us and reported to your store system/marketplace. For urgent deliveries, please contact us for expediting in special cases.
