AliExpress sellers: After the full custody was transferred to the warehouse, the orders in October increased significantly!

One month after AliExpress’s “dual-track drive”, many sellers posted pictures online showing that warehouse-to-shipment orders had indeed increased.

In September 2024, AliExpress clarified the "POP+full trusteeship" dual-track drive for the cross-border industry, and had a clear positioning for different products: POP encourages new product-driven and high-rich products, which can be fulfilled by cross-border direct delivery/JIT methods; while cross-border full trusteeship focuses on products represented by light and small items and relatively concentrated standard products. The platform stated that it will use traffic to encourage the warehouse delivery of these products.

Judging from the pictures and sharings recently made by online sellers, AliExpress has begun to use traffic to incentivize warehouse delivery.

Figure: Sellers recently said that after the full custody transfer to warehouse delivery, orders have increased significantly

"Warehouse orders have increased by at least 50% in one month."

"Follow the platform, prepare warehouses for shipment, and it will soon be S-level."

" New products that broke through zero sales within a few days of being put on the shelves can all have sales . The sales increase is obvious after the transfer. "

"Cangfa does have traffic support! The warehouse is so busy shipping!"

Figure: Sellers said that after the full custody was transferred to warehouse delivery, orders increased significantly

Mr. Zheng, who calls himself "the warehouse is full of smoke", is a typical Yiwu factory merchant, mainly engaged in cotton sports socks, yoga pants and sun protection clothes. According to Mr. Zheng, after the products were transferred to the warehouse , through signing up for activities such as "Super Outbreak Day" and "NN", the orders were significantly stretched in October, and the business has increased by more than 1.5 times since October.

During the conversation , General Manager Zheng excitedly said that currently, warehouse-delivered products account for 95% of the total orders ! Not only has the order volume increased, but warehouse-delivered products also save time . The labor cost of shipping a single order in the factory is very high, and now switching to warehouse-delivered products saves time and worry. He and his team are looking forward to the first Double 11 & Black Friday promotion after going all in on warehouse-delivered products .
