On June 28, Qian'an Technology disclosed the public transfer instructions, and the company's NEEQ listing materials were officially accepted. The total number of shares listed this time is 21,692,000 shares. It is planned to be listed on the NEEQ basic layer, and the lead underwriter is Industrial Securities.
As we all know, after applying for listing, a company needs to enter a period of listing guidance to ensure the quality of listing guidance. News on July 30 showed that Qian'an Technology has accepted the 10th round of listing guidance.
Qian'an Technology is a typical cross-border seller, with B2C brand websites and third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Wish as its main sales carriers. In 2022 and 2023, the company's operating income will be 1.53 billion yuan and 1.4 billion yuan respectively , and the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders will be 26.4973 million yuan and 96.4260 million yuan respectively. After deducting non-recurring gains and losses, the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders will be 22.3061 million yuan and 91.4096 million yuan respectively. The company's profit scale can be said to have increased significantly.
Qian'an Technology's cross-border journey began on the eBay platform, but now Amazon is the company's main sales carrier. In 2022 and 2023, sales revenue on the Amazon platform accounted for more than 90% of operating income. It can be inferred that Qian'an Technology has achieved more than 1 billion in revenue on Amazon for two consecutive years.
Create a brand matrix, and many products are hot-selling on Amazon!
He Ding, Chairman and General Manager of Qian'an, once publicly stated that at the beginning, the company's operations were mainly based on the precision distribution model, and basically all products with market opportunities would be tried. However, he has never been optimistic about the general distribution logic of the Amazon platform, so he carried out a brand transformation early and cut off categories with no obvious revenue advantages. Now the main businesses include four categories: digital electronics, art creation, home garden, and sports and outdoor .
