Trackingmore is a package tracking platform that supports batch tracking services for 598 domestic and international express companies, including Global Postal Parcel, EMS, STO Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Gls, Aramex, etc. It also provides professional and stable express API tracking to achieve one-stop automatic tracking and abnormality reminders for packages.

1. International Express Delivery Time Query

(1) Estimated arrival time: 1 day means 24 hours, 1.5 days means 36 hours, specifically referring to the time difference between the delivery of the express and the receipt of the express.

(2) Trackingmore analyzes and compiles the delivery times of major international express and postal companies in the past six months for sellers.

(3) Through the inquiry, the seller can find out how long it will take for the express to arrive and which courier is more suitable for sending the express to a foreign country.

3. Main functions of the background

(1) Quick entry of express delivery numbers: Supports manual addition of express delivery numbers (100 numbers at a time); supports batch import of express delivery numbers via Excel (up to 10,000 numbers at a time); supports automatic synchronization of express delivery numbers from e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress and Pinduoduo; open API, which can push the order numbers to Trackingmore through the enterprise system.

(2) Automatically check your express delivery: Intelligently identify the express delivery status and classify and manage it by status; after the order number is imported into the system, the system will automatically query all order number information every few hours.

(3) Judgment of abnormal items: The system automatically judges abnormal items, difficult items, and returned items; supports customizing abnormal item judgment rules; and supports customizing the language for querying express information (supported by some express delivery companies).

(4) Automatically send email and SMS reminders: The system sends reminders when it detects changes in package status; supports custom email and SMS content.
