However, recently many sellers have reported that after submitting all the information, they received an email from Amazon confirming that their account has been verified.

 

But not long after, I received another email from Amazon asking me to verify my account. What happened?



According to an anonymous seller, he received an email from Amazon at the end of April asking him to re-verify his account, and he immediately submitted all the information. One day later, he received a confirmation email saying that the account had been verified.

 

But what is strange is that a few days later, the seller received another email from the Seller Center, saying that he needed to verify his account again.

 

After clicking the re-verification link, the content that appeared was the content I had filled in last time, so I clicked the Submit button again.

 

After sharing this incident on the forum, it instantly resonated with many sellers, and many sellers said that they had similar experiences.

 

"What's going on? I also received an email, and it's exactly the same as what you said!"

 

"Is this a bug? How come so many people encounter it? Amazon's work is too sloppy."

 

“I’m in the same situation! Did you submit the information again or just ignore the second email?”

 

After some discussion, the sellers all agreed that this was a bug created by Amazon itself , and it might be a mistake made by the staff when arranging to send the email.

 

In recent years, Amazon has encountered several bugs, and the problems that occurred at this critical juncture of verification have made sellers say that it is "mental."

 

Having to verify an account may be enough to annoy the seller, but after finally completing the process, they are asked to verify it again. Anyone would be dissatisfied.
