Ali Blowing Snow: This year's Tmall Double 11 is stable and improving

Chuixue, president of Taobao Tmall Industry Development and Operation Center, said on the afternoon of November 11 that as of noon, this year's Tmall Double 11 overall was stable and improving. "We deeply feel the resilience and vitality of consumption, and we can also see that some new consumption trends are constantly emerging."

 

As of November 10 , enthusiastic consumers have purchased 25,343 popular items with sales exceeding one million during this year’s Tmall Double 11 event, of which more than 2,000 items sold for over ten million.

 

Fubuki said that in addition to the fast-growing "New Four" industries of toys, pets, sports and outdoor, and jewelry, as of November 10, this year's Tmall Double 11 also saw 148 trending categories with transaction growth exceeding 100%. In the New Four industries alone, more than 400 sub-categories were born in the past year, with 358 brands exceeding 100 million yuan in sales and 3,434 brands exceeding 10 million yuan in sales.

 

This year is the 14th Tmall Double 11 , and it still maintains a stable and positive trend. Chuixue attributes this to innovation and consumer vitality. " Many unique new trends and new categories of domestic products have emerged, reflecting the innovation of our economy and the vitality of consumption. Behind the rapid growth of these industries, it reflects that consumers are paying more and more attention to their own health and home companionship, and their demand for flexible travel, social circles and self-pleasure is becoming more and more vigorous. "

 

The addition of new anchors represented by Luo Yonghao also made this year's Tmall Double 11 more lively, driving more and more mid-level anchors to grow on Taobao . On November 1 , the first day of Tmall Double 11 , mid-level anchors, new anchors, and live broadcast agencies experienced explosive growth. The pre-sale guided transactions of new anchors increased by nearly 684% year-on-year, the pre-sale guided transactions of mid-level anchors increased by 365% year-on-year, and the pre-sale guided transactions of live broadcast agencies increased by 165% year-on-year.
