eWTP launches brand overseas training program to train cross-border talents in a practical way

There are many difficulties in brand expansion overseas. How to determine brand positioning? How to formulate marketing and advertising strategies? How to effectively manage a multinational team? In early September, Alibaba eWTP launched the recruitment of talents for brand expansion overseas training program, which is aimed at young people with overseas education background. Through a 6-week course, it will cultivate cross-border brand operation talents for overseas enterprises.

 

According to data from Zhilian Recruitment Platform, with the recent trend of going overseas, the demand for cross-border talents has increased. From the perspective of job demand in the foreign trade industry, cross-border e-commerce operation positions account for 14.4% of core foreign trade positions, but the year-on-year growth rate of recruitment demand is as high as 135.7%. Cross-border e-commerce operation talents have become the "hot cakes" among foreign trade industry positions.

 

Based on such needs, the eWTP international talent training team will launch the "Brand Cross-border Wutong Plan" on October 15. The plan will train cross-border brand operation talents. The courses include cross-border brand strategy formulation, using tools to verify brand ideas, producing localized brand content and advertising materials, conducting advertising and marketing, and establishing an evaluation mechanism, as well as Internet celebrity selection strategies and efficient conversion methodologies .

After the training, participants can also apply for the eWTP brand cross-border talent certification. Certified trainees will be recognized by leading Chinese brands going overseas, and will also be able to directly reach employment cooperation with companies in subsequent corporate job fairs.

 

It is understood that the eWTP brand overseas training program has held four sessions. By training talents and exporting them to enterprises, it has incubated brands including Tapson Technology in the outdoor leisure industry, Tianyuan Pet, a leading listed pet products company, and Samsung Down, a well-known quality down manufacturer.
