July and August this year were not kind to the people of Zhengzhou. The rare torrential rains in a century and the resurgence of the epidemic dealt a heavy blow to the lovely people of Zhengzhou. Many companies in Zhengzhou, especially cross-border e-commerce companies, were affected to varying degrees.
The editor learned from the official website of the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce that in order to minimize the impact of the disaster and epidemic on Zhengzhou’s cross-border e-commerce companies, the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Notice on Supporting Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises in Relief" on August 26. The "Notice" clearly states that for enterprises that carry out online promotions with the help of social media, search engines, live broadcast platforms, third-party e-commerce platforms, etc. during the period from January to June, and incur expenses of more than 30,000 yuan, and have cross-border e-commerce business performance in the first half of the year, subsidies will be given according to a certain ratio, with the maximum subsidy ratio not exceeding 50%, and the maximum subsidy for a single enterprise not exceeding 30,000 yuan. It is understood that the application starts from August 26 and ends on September 2. If cross-border e-commerce companies want to apply for subsidies, they must meet the following conditions: 1. An enterprise legally registered in Zhengzhou City with independent legal personality; 2. The financial funds that should be repaid are not in arrears and are not included in the negative list of financial funds; 3. Actively cooperate with relevant departments to complete industry statistical monitoring, industry early warning, information consultation, publicity and training, etc. The specific application materials that eligible cross-border e-commerce enterprises need to provide are shown in the figure below: It is worth noting that cross-border e-commerce companies must declare truthfully as required and provide complete, true and valid declaration materials. If there is any fraud or defrauding of financial funds, the funds will be recovered in accordance with the law and regulations, and they will be severely investigated and punished.
Yien.com learned that thanks to Zhengzhou's unique geographical location, convenient transportation conditions and supply chain foundation, Zhengzhou's cross-border e-commerce development has always been at the forefront of the country.
In 2020, Zhengzhou's cross-border e-commerce transaction volume reached 13.3 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 23.5%. From January to May 2021, the city's cross-border e-commerce transaction volume has reached more than 7 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 42%.
The sudden torrential rain caused a brief shutdown of cross-border e-commerce companies that rely heavily on logistics, and the companies basically lost their logistics capabilities for nearly a week. The rebound of the epidemic after the flood made things even worse for these companies.
I believe that with the government's policy subsidies, Zhengzhou's cross-border e-commerce companies affected by the rainstorm will be able to overcome the difficulties. The editor also reminds everyone to apply in good faith and legally. policy Cross-border e-commerce companies Zhengzhou Cross-border |
