Amazon spends $130 million to buy ATSG shares to increase air logistics
March 10th news, according to foreign media reports, recently, Amazon spent 132 million US dollars to purchase part of the shares of the American air cargo company "Air Transport Services Group" (ATSG), increasing its investment in the field of air logistics.
It is reported that Air Group stated in the regulatory documents it submitted that Amazon will purchase 13.5 million shares of Air Group at a price of US$9.73 per share, with a total purchase amount of US$132 million.
At the same time, according to another transaction arrangement, Amazon also separately purchased 865,000 shares of Air Group (no cash exchange involved). In addition to ATSG, Amazon also owns warrants for "Arlas Aviation Global Holdings".
U.S. Postal Service may receive $6 billion in financial aid
On March 9, 17 Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives jointly proposed a bill on Monday to provide the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) with $6 billion to purchase tens of thousands of new postal electric trucks.
The USPS said last month it was committing to have 10% of its next-generation fleet of vehicles be electric as part of a multibillion-dollar effort to retire its 30-year-old fleet.
The USPS also said it could increase that rate if it were able to receive billions of dollars in government aid.

South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang raises IPO price to $32-$34 per share
March 10th news, today, South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang announced in a document submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it would increase the IPO (initial public offering) price range to between US$32 and US$34 per share.
Previously, according to documents submitted by the company to the SEC, Coupang expects to issue 120 million shares with an issue price range of US$27-30 per share, with a maximum financing of approximately US$3.6 billion.
