According to data from the Korea Leisure Industry Research Institute on the 4th, the size of South Korea's golf apparel market reached 5.125 trillion won last year and is expected to grow to 6.35 trillion won by 2022.

 

According to analysis, since the novel coronavirus swept South Korea, golf has attracted much attention as an outdoor sport with less face-to-face contact . The number of people who like golf in the country is currently estimated to be more than 5 million , and 37 million people are exposed to golf every year .

 

X Golf, a golf booking service company , said that the number of golf course bookings in the first half of last year increased by about 13.2% compared with the first half of the previous year , and the golf market continued to grow.

 

As this market grows, major Korean fashion companies said they will continue to maintain industry enthusiasm and design and develop more popular golf apparel this year .

 

US golf apparel brand Inos has landed in South Korea, with plans to expand the market to various distribution channels such as street shops in Seoul as well as online, aiming to spread popular trends and meet the growing needs of young golfers.

 

It features casual, simple designs and bright colors, offering the best products for the younger generation. In addition, they sell other basic items such as men's and women's knee socks.

 

In addition, LF Enterprises launched Double Flag , a golf apparel brand for young golfers, at the end of last year , maximizing the street casual feel and adding the functionality and details of golf apparel to casual items such as sweatshirts and hoodies .
