• Individual: You need to upload the front and back of your ID card and the bank debit card information that is consistent with your ID card.

3. Sales area

The platform supports global sales, and merchants can block non-shipping areas within the system. Currently, it focuses on the European and American markets with the greatest consumption capacity, and will open the Russian market later.

4. About Settlement

Customers can apply for cash withdrawal the next week after they confirm receipt or successful delivery (cash will be paid to the customer based on the exchange rate on the sales day). If there is no successful delivery information, they can apply for cash withdrawal T+30 days, except in special circumstances.
