Settlement process

Similarly, the Latvian warehouse will send the products to Russia within 24 hours of receiving the goods. It takes about 40 minutes for Latvian overseas warehouses to reach Russia by air and about 6 hours by land. The average time to various cities in Russia is: about 5-7 days for Moscow & St. Petersburg, about 10 days for major cities, and about 15 days for other cities and regions.

Basic obligations of merchants

1. Any behavior of merchants on the Mall.My.Com platform must also comply with the website rules published by Mall.My.Com.

2. Merchants shall comply with the laws, administrative regulations, departmental regulations and other normative documents of the Russian Federation. For any suspected violation of the laws, administrative regulations and departmental regulations of the Russian Federation, if these rules have already stipulated it, these rules shall apply; if these rules have not yet stipulated it, Mall.My.Com has the right to handle it at its discretion. However, Mall.My.Com's handling of merchants does not exempt them from their due legal responsibilities.

3. As sellers in the trading market, merchant users are obliged to understand and be familiar with the buyer's market regulations during the transaction process and cooperate with buyers to complete the transaction.

4. It is prohibited to publish information about products that are prohibited or restricted from sale.

5. Merchants should respect the intellectual property rights of others. The Mall.My.Com platform strictly prohibits merchants from publishing and selling products that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties without authorization.

6. Merchants should abide by the principle of honest business operations.

7. Merchants must fulfill their obligation to describe goods truthfully. Merchants must provide a true and complete description of the goods' basic attributes, defects and other information that must be stated in all channels provided, including the product description page.

8. Merchants should ensure that the goods they sell can be used normally within a reasonable period of time, including that the goods do not pose unreasonable risks to personal and property safety, have the performance that the goods should have, and comply with the standards indicated on the goods or their packaging.

9. If merchants fail to comply with the above basic obligations, Mall.My.Com reserves the right to impose penalties. If the impact is severe, Mall.My.Com will directly expel the merchants.


Important logistics rules of the platform

1. Merchant delivery timeout: Merchants who choose to deliver by themselves need to deliver the goods within 5 days from the time the buyer successfully pays. If the merchant fails to complete all shipments within the preparation period, the order status will automatically change to "Order Cancelled", and the merchant needs to compensate the platform at 5% of the order amount.

2. Merchants need to provide the platform with logistics delivery channel information, including promised delivery time and logistics tracking information. If the official logistics system is used, the relevant transportation information will be automatically generated in the system without the need for merchants to enter it manually.

3. The logistics method selected by the merchant for delivery must be the logistics method selected by the buyer. The logistics method shall not be changed without the buyer’s consent.

4. When the seller fills in the shipping notice, the waybill number filled in must be real and traceable; when the order amount is 0-2 US dollars, ordinary mail is required, 3-5 US dollars use simple registered mail, and more than 5 US dollars use registered mail.

5. The platform will conduct special inspections on the illegal behavior of unregistered delivery, and will punish sellers who still use unregistered delivery.

6. MyM all recognizes the following logistics tracking information: online delivery logistics tracking information, logistics tracking information provided by the official websites of various countries’ postal services, SF Express official websites, and EMS official websites. MyM all has the right not to recognize logistics tracking information that cannot be verified .

7. The logistics supplier selected by the merchant must deliver the goods within 75 days. If the buyer does not receive the goods within 75 days, the buyer can request a return.
