1. First leg FBA shipping

Shenzhen and Shanghai are used for bulk cargo consolidation. 2-3 ships are fixed every week to directly reach Japan Asia FBA warehouse, with stable shipping schedule and public transportation operation, and stable warehousing time of about 15 days. In addition, in cooperation with Japan's self-built bonded overseas warehouse, single bill and document clearing operations can be performed according to the customer's own Japanese importer.

2. First leg FBA air transport

There are regular flights from mainland China and Hong Kong to Japan FBA warehouse every day, with sufficient space and stable and guaranteed delivery time.

2. Bonded warehouse business

In March 2019, after many rounds of negotiations and consultations, Dolphin successfully leased the bonded warehouse in Tokyo Port. The bonded warehouse is an independent building with 5 floors. The total storage area is about 6,000 square meters. After the renovation, it integrates e-commerce warehousing and dispatch, FBA bonded container unpacking and transshipment, traditional bonded container unpacking, 2BC delivery, and e-commerce bonded logistics, creating a precedent for e-commerce overseas warehousing and logistics.

3. Transshipment business

Direct mail of imported goods from Japan, BC parcel transshipment and collection and delivery back to mainland China, sea transportation from Japan, air transportation to Hong Kong and other services.

Development History

- In August 2014, Dolphin officially established a Japanese company (DDX Co., Ltd.) and set up a warehouse (Dolphin Warehouse No. 1) in Kadoma City, Osaka for the first time to carry out the BC business of overseas shopping goods transshipment;

- In September 2015, as Amazon Japan began to recruit Chinese sellers, Dolphin started its overseas warehouse business in Japan and successfully launched its self-developed WMS system, providing overseas warehouse storage, drop shipping, return and label replacement, and FBA transit services to e-commerce customers;

-In July 2016, the No. 2 and No. 3 meetings were established in Ibaraki City and Minoh City in Osaka;

-In November 2016, we set up local warehouses in Shenzhen and Shanghai to clear customs for FCL and LCL shipments to Japan Asia FBA warehouse;

-In March 2017, Tokyo Chicai No. 4 Club was established;

-In May 2018, Osaka Shipyard No. 5 Warehouse was established;

-In March 2019, the first leg FBA air transport and small package testing were completed and put into operation;

-In July 2019, the renovation of Tokyo Port's bonded overseas warehouse was completed, taking into account e-commerce warehousing + Japanese bonded logistics, opening up a new pattern of e-commerce bonded logistics.
