Canada recalls three domestic child safety seats! Temu sells them

Recently, the Canadian Ministry of Health issued a series of recall notices for child car safety seats. The reason for the recall is that these seats have not been certified by Canadian traffic safety regulations and pose safety hazards.

 

The notice shows that the recalled " TONGXINLE Universal two-way car seat for child and baby" SKU model is G405 . Online information shows that the product company is registered in Ningbo, China . A total of 9 units were sold between March and April 2023. As of June 15, the relevant departments have not received any reports of injuries or deaths caused by the product . The Canadian Ministry of Health reminds consumers that if they have purchased recalled products, they can contact the seller to negotiate a refund.

The recalled "Reyi Portable children 's car seat" is suitable for infants and children aged 1 to 12 years old. A total of 14 units of the product were sold between March and May this year. Consumers can destroy the product, send the destroyed pictures to the seller, and then get a refund. According to media reports, the product is also "Made in China". As of June 16, the relevant departments have not received any reports of injuries or deaths caused by the product.

The recalled product model is kbh308, and nine items were sold between March and April. The department reminds consumers to destroy the products and apply for a refund from the seller. As of June 15, the department has not received any reports of injuries or deaths caused by the products.

The recalled " Super Momz Baby 4 in 1 Car Seat for 0-15 Months Baby " has the SKU numbers: gray 6791709478 and pink 3984712822.

It is worth mentioning that the above recalled child safety seats were sold to the Canadian market through Temu.

 

In the recall notice, the Canadian Ministry of Health reminded parents and guardians that if they have purchased the recalled products mentioned above, they should stop using them immediately and destroy the products in accordance with the country's laws to ensure that the products cannot be used in the future.

 

The department also reminded consumers that the above-mentioned products have not been certified under the country's vehicle restraint system and booster seat safety regulations. In addition to the safety risks, the use of these products will also be considered a violation of the country's relevant highway regulations.
