eBay will automatically protect the seller if the transaction meets the following two conditions :

1. The destination or location of the goods is Ukraine ;

2. The product handling date (Handling by Date) or estimated delivery date (Estimated Delivery Date) is between February 20 and March 20 .

The scope of protection for sellers includes

1. Delayed delivery rate;

2. Effectively track information upload rate;

3. "Item not received" disputes caused by delayed delivery , provided that the seller has uploaded the tracking information and received the physical scan information from the logistics carrier before the buyer initiates the dispute;

4. Bad transactions caused by sellers canceling transactions.

In addition, eBay will remove any related negative and neutral reviews, and such transaction disputes will not affect the seller's service indicator rating.

Due to the impact of this incident, sellers may see delayed delivery records in the Seller Dashboard . eBay will automatically remove these records before the next seller performance review, and sellers do not need to contact eBay customer service to remove these records.
