The platform stated that store ranking is a store level determined by regular evaluation of the seller 's store based on user experience and policy compliance performance , and may be updated based on user experience and policy compliance performance in the recent period.

 

Currently, the store ranking function is only available to some sellers . The store ranking levels are divided into: platinum, gold, silver, and active . Currently, some stores have obtained store rankings, and the highest store ranking is platinum .

 

 

Regarding this new feature, Wish has also compiled some Q&As based on the issues that sellers are concerned about to answer their questions.

 

How can sellers check store rankings?

 

Since this feature is currently only available to some sellers, sellers who have experienced it can view their store rankings on the homepage of the Wish merchant platform. If the seller 's store has a store ranking, the homepage of its merchant platform will display the card shown in the figure below:

 

 

How can sellers improve their store rankings?

 

Sellers who have obtained store rankings can improve their store rankings by improving the store's user experience and policy compliance performance . The platform recommends that merchants focus on the following five aspects and actively improve their overall performance in order to obtain higher store rankings :

 

Logistics service provider confirmed fulfillment time : This evaluation criterion measures the seller 's logistics performance , and the initiative is in the hands of the seller . This condition refers to the time from the order being fulfillable to the delivery to the logistics service provider . Sellers can ensure that the package is delivered to consumers on time by shortening this period of time .

 

Pricing competitiveness : While providing high-quality products and logistics services, buyers should also set competitive product prices. To this end, buyers can consider setting non-integer prices .

 

User ratings and reviews : It is important for your store and products to maintain high average user ratings .

 

Other indicators related to user experience : the store’s refund rate must be maintained at a reasonable level , etc.

 

Policy compliance : Buyers need to read Wish's merchant policies carefully to ensure that their stores follow best practices to avoid penalties and violations . Misleading products and using false logistics tracking numbers to fulfill orders will seriously damage the user experience and the entire Wish market.

 

What are the benefits of the store ranking function?

 

First of all, sellers who use this feature will get more exposure for their products .

 

 

According to platform requirements, starting from May 8, 2019 , stores ranked platinum can enjoy up to 5 million exposures per month for free.

 

Starting from May 15, 2019 , stores with a store ranking of Gold can enjoy up to 2.5 million impressions per month for free . Starting from June 13, 2019 , stores with a store ranking of Silver can enjoy up to 1 million impressions per month for free .

 

Secondly, sellers’ A+ Logistics Program orders may become eligible for payment more quickly .

 

The platform stated that in order to continuously improve the seller experience, according to Merchant Policy 9.2.2, A+ Logistics Program orders released to stores with silver, gold or platinum store rankings may be eligible for payment faster .

 

Specifically, these orders may be eligible for payment 20 calendar days after the date of confirmation of fulfillment (applicable to orders released after 0:00 am Beijing time on November 2, 2020).

 

Sellers who meet the following three conditions, namely, when the order is released to the seller's account, the store has a silver, gold or platinum store ranking , the order must have a traceable confirmed fulfillment time , and the order must be delivered to the designated warehouse within 168 hours (i.e. 7 natural days) after the order is released , will be eligible for payment in advance.

 

In order to continuously improve the seller experience, starting from 7:00 a.m. Beijing time on April 27, 2020, some sellers with store rankings of silver, gold and platinum will have the opportunity to enjoy the limited-time offer of " ProductBoost Reward Budget " .

 

Reward budget offers are divided into two levels: silver and gold . Sellers can log in to the Wish merchant platform to view specific reward information .

 

In this regard, Wish encourages sellers who meet the requirements to participate in the "Ranking" project. At present, the project does not require sellers to pay fees. Sellers can meet the reward requirements through reasonable operations, gain exposure and other policy benefits. Interested and qualified sellers can give it a try.
