Logistics and distribution The cash on delivery service provided by Elabelz is limited to the Gulf countries. For high-value goods, according to customs regulations, if the amount exceeds 1,000 dirhams or 300 US dollars, an alternative phone number and a copy of the identity are required to reconfirm the order to complete the customs clearance procedures for cross-border shopping.
