JS Global Lifestyle's overseas revenue reached US$2.733 billion
JS Global Life was founded in 1994. Its three major brands are Joyoung, which mainly sells soymilk machines; Shark, which mainly sells vacuum cleaners and other cleaning products; and Ninja, which mainly sells Western-style kitchens. Shark and Ninja are mainly sold on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart and Target. In 2020, in addition to continuing to expand in the North American market, JS Global Life's brands also saw strong growth in sales in the UK market, and successfully entered the German and French markets. They are expanding to Canada, Australia, Japan and other regions.
As of December 31, 2020, JS Global Lifestyle's total revenue reached US$4,195.8 million, a year-on-year increase of approximately 39.1%; the annual net profit was US$402.3 million, a year-on-year increase of approximately 372.2%. It is worth noting that the revenue of its overseas brand SharkNinja accounted for 65.1% of its total company revenue , which was US$2,732.7 million, an increase of 57.4% from US$1,736.1 million in 2019.
On the other hand, JS Global Lifestyle's net profit grew very fast, about 10 times the growth rate of its revenue. This may be related to its continuous creation of new products and addition of new categories, and it also highlights the company's advantages in operating costs and financial management.
Shark's North American market share is as high as 35%

Affected by the epidemic, governments in Europe and the United States implemented restrictive measures such as blockades, and consumption habits in overseas markets shifted from offline to online, which also contributed to the substantial growth of kitchen appliances and cleaning products. The financial report shows that SharkNinja's growth in 2020 was mainly due to the strong performance of its sales in all categories.
In terms of details, Shark, which focuses on cleaning products, ranks first in the North American industry with a share of up to 35% , successfully defeating the powerful Dyson. Among them, vacuum cleaners rank first in the UK market, occupying a leading position in the industry. In the post-epidemic era, consumers' demand for disinfection and sterilization products has only increased, and Shark's steam mop and electric mop sales revenue have increased significantly, and continue to be the sales champion of the entire network.
Ninja focuses on Western-style kitchens. Its heating kitchen appliances, such as the Foodi series (including Ninja Foodi grills and pressure cookers), have generated annual revenues of more than $1 billion, with a growth rate of 60%. Its creative small kitchen appliance Foodi blender occupies about 20% of the North American market share, ranking first. In addition, its air fryers and pressure cookers have also successfully entered the North American market, with rapid growth in performance.
