The report shows that the ten apps are WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Facebook Messenger, Tokopedia, Gojek, Telegram, MyTelkomsel and Line.

Facebook took the top three spots, followed by WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, while Facebook Messenger ranked fifth.

In terms of e-commerce apps, Shopee ranked fourth and Tokopedia ranked sixth, but Lazada did not appear in the top ten rankings.
