What is Tomoson

What is Tomoson

Tomoson is a platform that connects influencers and businesses. Businesses can post products that need reviews on the platform, and then influencers can apply for the products they are interested in, and then write reviews and post them on blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and third-party e-commerce platforms (Amazon).

Target

Through "trial", give a true, objective and unbiased evaluation of the product or service. If the merchant has other purposes, such as hoping to make a profit by selling products through Tomoson, it violates the platform's principles and its account will be frozen.

How to use

Sellers can post the products they want to promote on Tomoson and invite influencers to try them for free or at a very high discount. Then, influencers need to give objective, neutral and as detailed a review as possible on their frequently used social media (including personal blogs).

cost

Sellers can try it for free for 21 days, after which monthly fees range from $49 to $599.

In addition to the monthly fee, Tomoson will also take 20% of each advertising fee paid by merchants to influencers as commission.

Celebrity Level and Fees

Tomoson uses percentages to rank influencers. When choosing influencers, it is best to choose those with a percentage greater than 90%.

For sponsored reviews, the platform recommends paying 0.2% of the total reach. You can negotiate with the influencer for sponsored reviews. For example, if the influencer has a total reach of 200,000, you can consider paying him $200.

Total reach = website visitors + Facebook friends & likes + Twitter followers + Youtube subscribers + Instagram followers

FAQ

Q: Can I communicate with influencers?

A: Tomoson provides brands with several ways to communicate with influencers: an invitation system and a message center.

1. Use the invitation system:

Send offers and customized messages to invite influencers to apply for your campaigns.

2. Use the Message Center:

Describe information about the campaign or product;

Respond to influencer requests for completion date extensions or removal from campaigns;

Address influencer concerns about products, coupon codes, shipping, or general activity;

Emails containing but not limited to the following are not allowed and may be deleted:

1) Send coupon codes;

2) Ask for personal information (email address, shipping address, profile link, etc.). All the information needed to approve, send and review influencer work is provided by Tomoson software. Use the "Contacts" list to keep track of influencers you want to use again, and use the invitation function to invite influencers in your favorites/contacts to join new campaigns;

3) Solicitation and advertising of products or services;

4) Offer to work or pay influencers outside of the Tomoson platform or request any behavior that violates the Tomoson TOS.

Improper use of the Message Center may result in account suspension.

Q: What should I do if the submitted task is invalid?

A: Tomoson considers the task invalid in the following cases:

No influencers testing the product;

The product in the post is different from the product provided to the influencer.

The product information in the post was clearly copied/pasted from the brand’s website.

The link submitted is invalid, does not point directly to the actual post, or is not from the site specified for the task

If you believe that the task you submitted falls into one of these categories, please contact Tomoson Customer Service and include the campaign ID #, influencer name, invalid task, and the URL of the post you believe violates Tomoson's policy. The Tomoson Review Team will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include but is not limited to removing the influencer's task verification.
