Qoo10 is the largest e-commerce platform in Singapore. It originated in South Korea and is a product of the cooperation between Giosis Gmarket and eBay. The platform is famous for its cheap goods. The company has operated 7 shopping website platforms in 5 countries including Japan and Singapore.


Origin of the name

Qoo10 is the name given to the website by Chairman Gu Yongpei. Q stands for quest, which means exploration; the two 'O's represent eyes, and 10 stands for perfection. We hope that consumers can find all kinds of satisfactory products on our shopping website.

Store registration process

When filling in the seller information, choose personal identity or company/group according to your own situation. In addition, please note that the user name must be between 5 and 20 letters or numbers. Qoo10 requires sellers to purchase Q-Cash. 10,000 points require 100 Singapore dollars, which is equivalent to about 400 yuan. The role of Q-Cash is to participate in group purchases, daily specials and recommendations for later products. And these points cannot be refunded, but if there are not enough points, the seller cannot proceed to the last step, that is, submitting identity and bank documents.



7. Click the 10,000Q gold coin recharge button in the picture above to make the purchase. You cannot proceed to the next step without purchasing.

8. The last step is to submit a scanned copy of the corresponding bank account opening certificate. The platform will complete the review within 1-7 working days.

Penalty for selling counterfeit goods

Qoo10 respects intellectual property rights. If you sell counterfeit goods, unauthorized products, or products prohibited by local laws, and violate the platform rules:

1 time: The platform will issue a warning letter and permanently delete the relevant products;

2nd time: The platform will give a warning, remove the relevant products from the shelves, and forbid the upload of any new products for one month;

3 times: The store will be permanently closed.
