The Shopee Seller Scoring System is a new, comprehensive calculation system that allows sellers to run their own stores better by tracking store performance and reminding sellers of areas for improvement. At the same time, this system will give sellers more information about "my performance" indicators to improve the service level of all Shopee sellers and allow users to enjoy a better shopping experience. About the Seller Scoring System The seller scoring system refers to a comprehensive calculation system of Shopee, which will display all the operating status of the seller on the system, and allow sellers to understand their store performance at any time through the Shopee Seller Center. Shopee will also manage sellers through this system and give rewards and punishments to encourage good seller behavior. Items included in the seller scoring system 1. Late shipment rate; 2. Uncompleted order rate; 3. Violation of listing rules, such as uploading prohibited products, infringing and counterfeit products, spam, etc.; 4. It is confirmed that there is fraudulent behavior of fake orders; 5. Store customer service. Scoring period Every Monday, Shopee backend will calculate new penalty scores based on the violations of the previous week and accumulate them with the existing penalty scores for that quarter; on the first Monday of each quarter (January, April, July, and October), the penalty scores of the previous quarter will be reset. If points are accumulated, what restrictions will there be for sellers? When the points earned by a seller in a quarter reach 3/6/9/12/15 points, the seller will be punished according to the points shown in the table below. When the penalty points of a preferred seller reach 3 points, the preferred seller logo will be cancelled. Note: The penalty will be automatically lifted after the 28-day period expires, but if the scoring quarterly cycle has not ended, the accumulated points will not change. The accumulated penalty points will only be reset to zero on the first Monday of each quarter. How to appeal a score All scored situations are determined by the system or manually. However, if a situation is scored due to a long period of system downtime or abnormalities, Shopee will handle it as appropriate and adjust the score accordingly. Ways to keep good records on the scoring system 1. Update store inventory frequently to avoid insufficient inventory. 2. Send all orders within the promised delivery date and pack the orders carefully to avoid shipping errors or shipping damage. 3. Describe your products accurately to avoid ambiguity and reduce unnecessary refund requests. 4. Check "My Performance Dashboard" in Seller Center every week. If there are any items that exceed the limit, take immediate action to avoid further restrictions |
