Store opening conditions 1. Only sellers with corporate qualifications are allowed to enter the platform. Individual sellers are not accepted for the time being. 2. Open to companies from mainland China and Hong Kong to open stores; 3. The store business category needs to match the company’s business license.
Store opening information ·Store information: store name (in English), contact person, contact number, contact email (important); Company information: company name, address, electronic scanned copy of the company's business license stamp, payment statement and legal representative ID card (Note: the text and language filled in must be consistent with the actual information, such as mainland company information must be filled in Chinese); Bank information (mainland company account or legal person's private account): recipient account name, account number, bank, branch name, bank Swift Code (Note: the text and language must be consistent with the actual information, such as the recipient account name and address in mainland China must be filled in Chinese).
Precautions 1. Store attributes: • Chinese sellers choose the “Global shop” store type; • Local African sellers select “Local shop”. 2. Business categories: A store is allowed to operate multiple categories, but it is recommended to choose the categories in which you have an advantage to make the store more professional. One set of company information is allowed to open three stores in one country site. 3. Account review: • Sellers need to register a member account first, then apply for a seller account; • After applying, wait for the platform review (within 3 working days) or send an email to [email protected] to inform the store name for quick review.
Store opening process 1. Go to the Kilimall official website and select Kenya, Uganda, or Nigeria. 2. Click to enter Seller Center, in the upper right corner or at the bottom of the homepage:
3. Enter the member registration page. You need to register as a platform member before opening a store. Click Open a Shop - click Sign Up to enter the member registration page. 4. Fill in the member registration information; 5. Sign the seller service agreement; 6. Fill in the seller's company information; 7. Upload a scanned copy of your business license (the size must be less than 1M, otherwise it cannot be displayed); 8. Fill in the receiving bank information; 9. Fill in the store name and other information; 10. The store application is submitted and awaits platform review. Under normal circumstances, the review can be completed within three working days.
