Amazon said in the email that the platform believes that the seller's account or related accounts are suspected of participating in deceptive or illegal activities (such as selling counterfeit goods), which has an adverse impact on buyers and the platform . Therefore, the seller is required to prove the authenticity of the account and inventory through video verification. According to the requirements, the owner and operator of the account should participate in this verification interview.
Some netizens said that this situation may be caused by selling infringing products, borderline products, or copying big-name products, which triggers the review. It is usually triggered by reports from competitors and complaints from buyers about the authenticity of the products. According to Amazon's notice, the seller's permission to create Amazon logistics goods will be suspended and funds will be withheld before passing the review.
